Here are some paper embellishments that I use to jazz things up from time to time.  I wanted to get them all in one place.  These are all very simple to make (I felt silly writing instructions because the pictures say it all).
Use these for banners, gifts, party decorations, etc.  All of these were made with just scrapbook paper and glue.  I did use a paper punch for my center embellishments but you could use buttons or whatever you want.
