I probably have a scarf around my neck five days out of the week. This fun Aztec inspired scarf from Target was one of my favorites until the diaper bag Velcro claimed another victim. I just couldn’t let it go but I was constantly fixing it to cover the HUGE holes. I decided the let it have a new life as canvas art.
All I did was lay it on a canvas that I had painted white, stapled it to the back, and cut away the excess fabric. Easy cheesy but here are the pictures of the steps I took.
Here’s the before…you can’t see the holes, but they’re there!
