10 Easy Sewing Gifts for Boys

I haven’t been crafting much this summer and I really miss it!  I usually craft during Cole’s nap time but lately I just crash on my bed the second he goes to sleep.  🙂   #pregnancyproblems  I’ve been daydreaming about little sewing crafts I could make for my little guy for Christmas or just because.  There are so many fun projects for little boys on Pinterest so I gathered up just a few of my favorites that are on my to-do list.  If you want more sewing inspiration, follow my Sewing for Beginners board for really easy ideas for everyone.

The first one is this SUPER cute and easy felt campfire…I used this tutorial for the most part and shared my pic on Instagram a while back.  The only thing I did different with mine is I got lazy with the marshmallows and glued HUGE white pom poms to the ends of the sticks.  🙂

I made this Jake and the Neverland Pirates felt vest for my son for Halloween last year and he wears it all the time.  Very easy and I made two in an afternoon.

Football season is almost here…YES!!!  I can’t wait to make this for all those chilly games.  🙂

My son plays with his stick horse all the time and I thought these were so simple and cute!

Every kids loves to sleep on the floor in their sleeping bag and it would be such a great gift to make one with his favorite team or TV character.

This football blanket is SO stinkin cute and looks really comfy too!

I don’t know what it is about little boys and dinosaurs but these crack me up and I know any boy would LOVE one!

I made Cole this little sleeping bag for his Daniel Tiger and we play “camp out” all the time.  🙂

I’ve made a Batman cape for my nephew before and he loved it.  This site has the pattern for the capes and the patterns for your son’s favorite super heroes all in one place.

These are so fun and were inspired by her children’s drawings.  You could draw monsters with your son and then use his drawings as inspiration for his very own monster plush.
