Best Homemade Lotion Recipe Ever
When I became a member of the Wade family, I was introduced to a miracle lotion!  Dane’s mom, Saundie, used it all the time and made me some and I have been making it ever since.  I used it on my belly when I was pregnant with Cole and didn’t get those wonderful tummy stretch marks.  I also use it on Cole from time to time.  My sister-in-law, Kylie, uses it on her boys who both have eczema too.
Everything you need is from the Dollar General.  Mix 16 oz. Vitamin E cream, 8 oz. of any lotion you want, and 8 oz. of Vaseline.  When I was pregnant I used the Palmer’s Cocoa Butter lotion but this time I used the Lavender.
This is the main thing my Kitchenaid is used for.  Kinda sad.  It is going to be very thick when you are done mixing.  I let it run for several minutes.
Ahh…my hands were very smooth by the time we were done.
We made it as a hostess gift and put it in baby jars but I usually put it in glass jars in my bathroom or back in the original Vitamin E containers.
I made this for a Mother’s Day Basket and used Cherry Almond lotion by Jergens.  It smelled so good 🙂
