Happy Friday friends! I LOVED reading your comments last night about what your children love to pray about. I can tell there are lots of parents out there that are trying to teach their children to love God and that makes me smile. 🙂
Our next book this week is Jesus Calling for Little Ones by Sarah Young. You might think this title sounds familiar and that is because Sarah Young is a best selling author for her adult version of the same book! I received this book from a friend in Sunray at my previous church and I read it every day before I read my Bible. I love it and the kid’s version is just as great. Each day you read a simple devotional that is positive and directly related to scripture. This book is SO great for toddlers or young elementary age children!

My favorite memory this summer has been the family vacation we went on the week after school ended
Oh where did you go?
My favorite memory so far was when I got to hang out with my two best friends from High School and see all our little guys together. 🙂
haha I wonder who those two girls could be??? That was fun!
4th of July al of the family, and kids had so much fun. Really we did a 2 day get-togather of fun, food and family.
Hey Shirley! I’m glad ya’ll had fun…that was one of my favorite holidays as a kid…minus the loud noises 🙂
Going to the lake and rivers has been my favorite memory so far this summer.
Hey Heather…I haven’t had the chance to do that much but it sounds really fun! Do you ski? I did once but it was pretty scary 🙂
We took a family vacation to Montana, 16 people!
Hey Cassidy! Oh wow 16 people? Family I’m guessing? What did you do? I bet it’s beautiful up there 🙂
Yes family we were missing 3 people too! It’s the most beautiful place ever, my brother and his family live there. We visited glacier national park and Missoula…best road trip and vacation ever!
Oh wow…if my whole family went it would be like 80 people…haha! I hope my brother moves somewhere cool like that someday because he’s going to be a wildlife biologist soon 🙂 I best the glacier national park is something you could stare at all day! So glad you had fun and had a safe trip 🙂
It most definitely would have to be skydiving. Checked off my bucket list.
Oh wow! That sounds really fun/scary but one of my best friends just did it a while back and he said it was the best! 🙂 Probably can’t do that while pregnant…haha
My second child’s first steps.
Hey Alina! Yeah that’s a good one…I LOVE watching them try forever and when they finally do it you can’t believe it’s happening 🙂
This looks so wonderful! We read stories every night before bed so this would be a great addition to our routine. My favorite memory from this summer is seeing my baby on an ultrasound a few weeks ago! 🙂 What’s your favorite memory?
Probably the same thing 🙂 We went to Tucson to just chill (me and my husband) and that was really nice too. Going to a pool without a kid was really weird at first!
I love the Jesus Calling book (in fact I just bought one for my Mom this week!) I’d love to have this version for my kids! Thanks for giving us a chance to win!
Our favorite memory this summer has been taking short day trips together as a family. We have a great water park about an hour away and it makes the perfect place to go & spend time together!
Hey Carrie! Yeah little day trips are the best! We have a water park in our town and haven’t even been to it yet…we need to go! Sounds really fun 🙂
